Suitable for the following:

Receptions (no balls or dances); only rentable in combination with an other event room

Maximum numbers:

Receptions: 300 persons

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

750 euros regular (from 1.1.2025: 800 euros)
250 euros (from 1.1.2025: 260 euros) reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Chairs, tables (160 x 80 cm), 10 bistro tables, small stage (5 x 4.5 m), lectern, loudspeakers

In the Würzburg Residence catering is provided frequently by the following firms:

Please note that when a catering firm is engaged, it has to pay 10% of the catering charges to the Würzburg Residence.
