Suitable for the following:

Concerts, lectures, receptions, banquets, ceremonies
(no wedding events, balls or dances); combinable with the Prince's Hall foyer

Maximum numbers:

Receptions: 200 persons
Seating in rows: 200 persons
Banquet seating: 120 persons

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

1,200 euros regular
550 euros (from 1.1.2025: 600 euros) reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

Rent with foyer:

1,800 euros regular
750 euros (from 1.1.2025: 800 euros) reduced

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:

3. the event is open to everyone and

All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

Please note that when a catering firm is engaged, it has to pay 10% of the catering charges to the Würzburg Residence.
