Banquet seating: 90 persons

250 euros reduced
The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.
