The maximum number varies depending on the number of rooms used and the kind of event.
Rooms 102/104/105 each c.:
Receptions: 120 persons
Seating in rows: 100 persons
Banquet seating: 70 persons
Room 103 c.:
Receptions: 180 persons
Seating in rows: 180 persons
Banquet seating: 90 persons
Rent without heating or other additional costs:

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2.
tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3.
the event is open to everyone and
4.
is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.
