Rooms 9/10 each c.:
Receptions: 40 persons
Rooms 11 to 14 each c.:
Receptions: 100 persons
Seating in rows: 100 persons
Banquet seating: 70 persons
Rent without heating or other additional costs:
Rooms 9 and 10 (each):
250 euros regular

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2.
tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3.
the event is open to everyone and
4.
is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
Rooms 11 to 14 (each):
500 euros regular
250 euros reduced
The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
