The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1. The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2.
tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3.
the event is open to everyone and
4.
is suitably advertized and published.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.
All hiring prices are exclusive of the statutory value added tax.

No events where participants are served meals at tables

All year round; events only outside museum opening hours

Catering:
Please note that when a catering firm is enganged, it has to pay 10% of the catering charges to the Ansbach Residence.
